Important Safety Information
WARNING: Children can suffocate if bean bag filling is swallowed or inhaled. Do not allow children to climb inside the bean bag. Bean bags are not a safe sleeping surface for infants under 12 months of age.
Child-Safe Zippers: To help prevent children from accessing the filling, zipper pullers have been removed. Use a paper clip to open and close the zipper when required.
Colour Variations: Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, and subtle variations can occur between production batches.

Washing: For a deeper clean, transfer the bean filling from the Serena into the interchangeable transfer bag before removing the outer cover. Ensure all zippers are fully closed, then machine wash the cover on a gentle, cold cycle. Lay flat in the shade to dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach, iron or dry clean.
Once completely dry, transfer the bean filling back into your Serena Armchair.
Protect From Sunlight: Bouclé can fade when exposed to direct sunlight. Keep your Serena away from prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve its colour and appearance.
Indoor Use Only: The Serena Armchair is designed for indoor use only and should not be left outdoors or exposed to moisture or the elements.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The mesh interchangeable bag is provided so you can easily transfer the bean filling into the inter-changeable bag when you need to wash the cover.
We don’t recommend frequent washing to preserve fabric quality.
Store the mesh bag safely for future use. It is not designed to remain inside the Serena during everyday use.
Pro Tip
Filling can be the trickiest part, but once your Serena Armchair is filled and the beans have settled, you’ll enjoy a beautifully structured, luxurious seat.
You may need to gently shape and manoeuvre the beans into place - a little fluffing goes a long way.
