Bean bag covers and bean filling are sold by two separate businesses.

Mooi Living sells bean bag covers only. Mooi Living does not make, store, sell or ship bean bag filling.

Bean filling is sold and shipped by Fill Co. Where the Website offers bean filling as an add-on, that filling is sold, supplied and delivered by FillCo ABN:70 160 585 884. Fill Co is a separate business and is not owned or controlled by Mooi Living, and Mooi Living is not Fill Co's agent for any purpose other than taking payment.

Two contracts. If you order a cover with filling, you enter into two separate contracts:

One checkout, payment passed on. For your convenience, you can pay for both in one checkout on the Website. Mooi Living collects the payment for the filling on Fill Co's behalf and passes it to Fill Co. Fill Co's  Terms of Service also apply to the filling.

Your details. To deliver your filling, we provide Fill Co your name, delivery address, phone number, email and order details. See our Privacy Policy. When you select the Bean filling on your order, this gives Mooi Living the authority to provide your name and postal address to Fill Co, so that product can be delivered. 

Mooi Living is not responsible for the filling or for FillCo's acts or omissions, except to the extent the ACL says otherwise.

Delivery

Separate parcels. Your cover ships from Mooi Living's warehouse on the Gold Coast. Your filling ships separately from Fill Co’s warehouse in Melbourne. They will usually arrive on different days, with separate tracking. The Bean filling delivers Australia wide (unless the delivery company does not deliver to your area). Your delivery address must be a residential address with a safe place to leave your filling, as all filling orders are sent with Authority to Leave and may be left unattended. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers cannot be used. See our Privacy Policy.

Change of mind — filling. Change-of-mind returns for the bean filling are governed by Fill Co's returns policy. For hygiene and handling reasons, opened filling generally cannot be returned for change of mind. Once bean filling is dispatched, it cannot be recalled from the Courier service. You will need to return the items upon receiving at your expense.
